After i click on Adobe, all the files and folder apper. But i cannot open the folder or neither i cannot save the folder to my PC. It showed “the folder cannot be found”. However, i was able to transfer the file to PC. So problem encountered only on transfering the folder. Please advice. Thanks

Hi evelyne,
You need to use iTunes to backup the PDF files, you cannot use your normal file explorer. Please see step 6 in my tutorial here: http://jackstromberg.com/2013/01/managing-adobe-reader-files-with-itunes-on-your-ipad-or-ipod-touch/
